Ivalon offers live workshops, coaching sessions, and immersive retreats focusing on economic training with emphasis on spiritual growth. Each engagement is tailored to senior leaders seeking holistic advancement.

3. Use of Materials

All course outlines, templates, and related materials are provided for personal and organizational enhancement. Unauthorized sharing or redistribution is prohibited.

4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

Participants may request a schedule change up to seven days before a session without additional charge. Once a program begins, all fees are non-recoverable due to preparatory commitments. If Ivalon cancels an event, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days.

4.2 Information Products

Digital courses and downloadable resources can be refunded within fourteen days of purchase if less than twenty percent of content has been accessed. To seek assistance, please visit our contact form. Approved reimbursements will be completed within ten business days.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back in original condition within thirty days of delivery. To initiate, use our contact form. After inspection, reimbursements will be issued within fourteen business days, less any postage expenses.

5. Changes to Terms

Ivalon reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with venue in Bern.
